Ato Yilma, I think you have a big problem in your hands. I don’t think your name has nothing to do with LIMAT – because your understanding of it is tragic at best. How can you comment on something vital with such reckless and disregard for the truth. How do you know questioner #1 and #2 are hired guns of the government? What makes you say: ”The first questioner was a perfect specimen of a self-loathing; clueless and void of self esteem Ethiopian?” And you gave your post the title of “Meles blames Ethiopians?” Irony at its best. Because they don’t subscribe to your way of thinking, doesn’t mean they have to be part of the government. The only thing clear from your statement is that you came from an era where self-loathing, clueless and void of self-esteem was the norm. Time has changed for the better, for the great part thank to the leadership of the PM. Perhaps, we shouldn’t expect from a guy who don’t have a problem praising “the Emperors reign”’. Those “young” entrepreneurs of today’s Ethiopia are the once who are leading the renaissance. They are free of your obsolete outlook of the world. As a man of yesterday, as you implied in your writing, your time to preach hate and the status quo will only go to deaf ears. What the PM was talking about is a perfect example of good leadership. Because they have been in power for 16 years doesn’t mean they don’t need to make a course correction when necessary. How long has been the health care issue in discussion here in the US? Your dishonesty is manifested in your declaration the power of EFFORT in the economic arena. No matter how you repeat this lie the fact remains EFFORT holds less than 3-4 % the gross GDP. As a man of yesterday you should better know the total holdings of the Emperor and his family. This endowment belongs to the freedom fighters of brave TPLF members, who sacrificed dearly for the better future of all Ethiopians, in general and the people of Tigray in particular. It was theirs before they set foot and start leading this country and it’s theirs now you like it or not. So, no matter how many times you repeat this lie, it remains a lie “a lie is a lie uttered in Amharic or English.” I wish I would refute all your allegations and misconception of the PM speech but it only will be a waste of time. To begin with, you don’t seem to have the capacity and willingness to read between the lines. But more importantly you seem to have a hard time comprehending the way the PM explains things. It’s not by accident he gets selected to the upper echelon by his peers of the world statesmen. His deft knowledge of economics and politics is not easily discernable by old guards, I guess.

Simple question for Lakew, if TPLF was fighting for Ethiopia, I am sure you accept that those fighters were and are Ethiopians, why EFFORP doesn’t belong to Ethiopia as it not individual property since “the mission is accomplished”? You don’t think that Oromoms, Amharas, guragues, Kambatas, Wolaitas, Ogadenies , sidamas….etc have share in EFFORT property regardless the way it was accumulated?
